Shipping
​
In Stock Items - We typically ship out the order within 1 business day after it has been placed (this excludes weekends & public holidays). In stock goods are normally delivered in 1 - 4 days. Before placing an order you may also inquire about stock availability via our Contact Us page. Catalogue Items - Order placed under re-stocking usually takes 3 - 15 working days; as soon as stock arrives we will ship out the order, delivery time would then be 1 - 4 days. Should the item ordered be out of stock the buyer will be notified first before payment is made only if requested to do so. Should an item be discontinued a full refund will be offered.

All orders are sent with full tracking and you will receive a shipping confirmation email (with a Tracking Number) as soon as your order has been processed and shipped. We use Courier, Pargo or Postnet delivery time is 1 - 5 working days with a tracking number and tracking link. Once we issue your tracking number it is your responsibility to Track Your Parcel and liase with the courier where necessary. Delivery address can not be changed once shipped. We are not responsible for tracking your parcel. We charge a flat rate of R99 for Courier, Pargo or Postnet, all parcels are insured. You may combine as many items as you wish with your order, the shipping rate will not increase. Courier offers the best and safest delivery time therefore we recommend that you select courier option on checkout. An order is deemed to have delivered when the courier obtains an electronic signature or any other confirmation from any person at the buyers nominated address. Payment Options

EFT - Direct EFT payment, Cash Deposit (Please add R 10 cash deposit fee). We also accept instant EFT, Credit Card, Debit Card, Zapper, RCS and Mobicred payments processed through PayFast. Payment is due before shipment. We allow a maximum of 7 days for you to complete order payment, failure to do so will result in the order being cancelled.
Pricing Information; Availability; Errors and Omissions Disclaimer
All pricing is subject to change. We reserve the right to make adjustments to pricing, products and service offerings for reasons including, but not limited to, changing market conditions, product discontinuation, product unavailability, manufacturer price changes and errors in advertisements. All orders are subject to product availability. Therefore, if we cannot guarantee that we will be able to fulfil customer's orders, customer will be notified about availability before payment is made or if payment is made a full refund will be offered. We do offer moodTime discount coupons from time to time, these promotional coupons are available for limited periods and can only be used on our website www.moodtime.co.za. We can discontinue or amend these coupons at anytime without any notice.
We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information published on our Web site(s). However, the information, documents and graphics published on this site may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. Product images, graphics, information and details are supplied to us by our suppliers. We make no representations about the accuracy or suitability of the information and graphics presented on this site. If an error is made and a product is listed at an incorrect price, we shall maintain the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price. If the order has been confirmed and you have paid, we shall immediately issue a refund. If we are placing a special import order on the request of a customer then we are not responsible for delayed deliveries caused by any problem which may arise due to the importation of goods. Vouchers and Coupons
​
There are two types of coupons, a fixed amount voucher for a fixed discount, for example, R10,00 off your purchase and a percentage discount, for example, 10% off your purchase. Coupons may only be used on the Moodtime.co.za website. Coupons may only be applicable to certain products purchased. Where a customer has multiple coupons available, only one coupon may be used per purchase. A coupon cannot be applied in conjunction with any other discount and cannot be applied against sale or mark down items. Coupon may have a validity date specifying by when the coupon must be used after which it becomes void. MoodTime reserves the right to cancel, correct, amend or reject a coupon for any reason whatsoever. Coupons cannot be exchanged or refunded for cash, or any credit and no customer have any right to receive a coupon. In the event that a customer wishes to cancel an order or return any products purchased utilising a coupon then the customer shall be refunded the value of the product less the value of the coupon.

Return of merchandise (RMA)
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, subject to the requirements below we provide a 7 day money-back satisfaction guarantee on anything you purchase from us should it arrive broken, damaged or faulty. Proof will need to be submitted such as pictures or video of the damage or fault. All returns for faulty items sent to us is at your cost, the returned faulty item need to be clean and sanitized and in its original packaging with all accessories. A replacement or credit voucher will be sent to you on inspection of the returned item should it be found to be faulty. Due to health reasons, if the packaging has been opened adult sex toys, intimate items and smoking pipes may not be returned. All items are carefully tested and inspected before shipping. All our items are also sealed in plastic so certain items may only be returned if still still sealed in plastic for exchange. The buyer will be responsible for the return cost, if the item is a replacement for a faulty item then we will be responsible for the shipping cost of sending the replacement item.

Refund policy
We understand that circumstances may change, and customers may reconsider their purchase. In terms of Consumer Protection Act our refund policy allows customers to request a cancellation and refund of original purchase, provided the order has not yet been shipped or provided the product is unused and still sealed in its original packaging and returned to us. To initiate a refund, customers should contact our customer support team. Please note that the buyer is responsible for all costs associated with the original payment, including bank transaction fees, platform commission charges, and return shipping costs. Once the cancellation or returned product is received and/or inspected, the refund will be processed within 5 business days, with the timing of the refund appearing in the buyer's account subject to the policies of their financial institution. This policy is applicable for situations where a customer changes their mind after placing an order. MoodTime reserves the right to refuse refunds for items not meeting the specified criteria or if the return process is not followed accordingly.

Insurance and Claims policy

To provide you with peace of mind, our parcels come with complimentary insurance coverage of up to R2000 in the unfortunate event of hijacking or theft. If you require additional insurance, it can be arranged upon request. Please be aware that we can only initiate a claim once the loss has been verified and confirmed by the courier company. The duration of this verification process may vary, taking a few days or longer depending on the circumstances surrounding the loss. Once the loss is confirmed by the courier, we diligently coordinate the claim process. It's important to note that no further action can be taken until this process is finalized and confirmed by the courier.

Resellers

Most orders ship out within 1 - 3 business days when in stock, if on catalogue then up to 15 days; you can confirm stock prior to ordering. We offer easy ordering, online website, email or WhatsApp and accept Credit Cards, EFT & Cash Deposit. If you don’t want the hassle of repacking and shipping products we do also offer blind shipping (no sender details). We use unbranded packaging & the shipping label only shows the recipients details. No invoice is included in the parcel. Resellers are considered on a case by case basis. Approved resellers will be issued a resellers or fixed discount code to be use on checkout. The resellers or discount code may only be used by the reseller. Orders can be placed online using our normal shopping cart but you must enter your resellers’ code to apply your discount. There is no MOQ. Discounts apply to individual items as advertised on that month’s list or all items depending on the code and apply to the order subtotal. Resellers shall be solely responsible for all products that they sell and the reseller agrees to indemnify and hold MoodTec (Pty) Ltd t/a MoodTime their employees and suppliers harmless from any losses or disputes that may arise. We reserve the right to cancel any order between us at our sole discretion and for any reason whatsoever, should this occur a full refund will be processed within 24 hours. Reseller and discount codes can be terminated at any time, for any reason, at the discretion of moodTime.

Customer Reviews and Ratings
Customers may only rate and review products that they have bought. We do promote and preserve free speech but in certain circumstances we reserve the right to delete any review or rating at our sole discretion. Please note that ratings are moderated so it may take several days to appear.
