We are open and taking orders

Dear Valued Customer,

We will be back from tomorrow to start processing and shipping out orders, we do have a backlog to clear from the lockdown period. To check stock availability please do not hesitate to contact us via email or Whatsapp us.

Health protocols in place

We will be following all Government regulations and directions in respect of maintaining hygienic workplace conditions.

Before any parcel is packed all surfaces and hands will be sanitized with 70% alcohol hand sanitizer spray.

All our goods are sealed in plastic for your safety. The outer retail box will be packed into a plain brown box which will be sanitised and then sealed within a plastic courier bag. During transport to you this plastic bag will keep your parcel safe and sealed away from contact with other parcels at the courier depot and in the delivery vehicle. When you receive your parcel carefully open the plastic courier bag and remove your parcel. The courier bag can then be disposed of, by doing this you know the inner box has not been touched by anyone since leaving our store.

The courier company we use also has strict health protocols in place, just remember you must wear a mask when receiving the delivery and must stand at least 1.5 metres away from the courier driver when accepting delivery. Delivery should be electronically stampled on the couriers hand held device, if not just keep your own pen handy to sign for the parcel.

In order to comply with Government regulations, and for the foreseeable future, couriers will all be operating a scaled-down service which means that: - Delivery times will be extended by a few days in some cases; - Stock deliveries may be delayed by a few days; - Parcel collection cycles may be reduced; - Courier depot staff will be limited (per the regulations);
